What Your Sponsorship Does
Our sponsors are corporate citizens and leaders in the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Health Care industries who recognize the negative impact of the "Health Care Crisis" in the US.
Through their sponsorship they endeavor to help find solutions.
Their sponsorship contributions will directly assist individuals and families that cannot afford health insurance.
Only through our "nonprofit status" is The BAER Project able to effectively operate a program, which uses sponsor contributions to fund individual policy premiums in exchange for vital statistical, demographic, product development or market research data.
The methods used by The BAER Project's Health Care Assistance Program help our sponsors to gather valuable information that they may not gain through any other source. Sponsors are able to target their research efforts to individuals that are good candidates to use their goods and services because they, or family members, have expressed health care concerns.
This makes sponsorship contribution not only a tax benefit for their companies but also an important business tool that helps in product development, research and marketing.

Charter Sponsorship
Charter sponsors will be comprised of five Pharmaceutical Companies, five Health Insurance Companies and two service providers. Charter sponsors will be provided with three years of unique marketing and survey privileges available only to Charter Sponsors.
These privileges include:
- One Charter Sponsor representing each month of the year.
- Two custom designed survey templates that allow Charter Sponsors to aggregate data specific to their needs. A $5,000.00 value for two custom designed templates.
- One featured article in our monthly e-Newsletter “The BAER Report” each year for the full three-year term. This article could be on a specific “new” or existing product or service, or it could be related a special project or story about the Charter Sponsor’s company.
- Your company’s product or service ad placed in multiple issues of the monthly e-Newsletter (four insertions) one per quarter.
- A link to your company website in e-Newsletters that includes your article or ads.
- Charter Sponsors are recognized in The BAER Project news press releases and newspaper ads for their support of this program.
- Charter Sponsors survey donations will remain at minimum requested donation per survey for a three year period regardless of any increase to minimum requested donations.
- Charter Sponsors have the option after three years to retain charter sponsor status and still contribute at the current minimum requested donation per survey.
- Charter Sponsors that offer Health Insurance will agree to provide The BAER Project’s HEALTH CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM with a group or “Association Policy” that will allow subscribers to enroll - similar to those in employer-sponsored group policies.
- Charter Sponsors that offer Health Insurance are encouraged to contact former policyholders who have canceled or discontinued their insurance for financial reasons. Former-policy holders that have not been clients for a period of 10-18 months can be informed by Charter Sponsors email or mailings that the Charter Sponsor is currently involved with a nonprofit agency (The BAER Project’s HEALTH CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM) that can assist them with premium payments. This will allow those former policyholders to establish new policies with the Charter Sponsors company and The BAER Project will subsidize their payments as long as the policyholders stay current in meeting our guidelines for eligibility. These re-established policyholders allow Charter Sponsors to help reduce the number of uninsured families while simultaneously helping to justify their sponsorship contributions.
National Sponsorship
- National Sponsors are companies and organizations interested in conducting surveys that are not limited to a specific area.
Regional Sponsorship
- Regional Sponsors are companies and organizations interested in conducting surveys that are limited to a specific region of the country. The regions our surveys cover are Northeast, Southeast, Northwest and Southwest. Each region includes states that we have determined to fall into those regions for our research purposes.
Sectional Sponsorship
- Sectional sponsors are companies and organizations interested in conducting surveys that are limited to a specific section of the country. This sponsor could be a company that only markets their product in a limited number of states but not a large enough number of states to include an entire “Region”. This sponsor could also have an interest in test marketing or conducting surveys based on a particular section of the country.
Local Sponsorship
- Local Sponsorships are companies and organizations interested in conducting surveys that are in a specific city, county, state or area that is local to their business. This sponsor could be a hospital, treatment center or a company that only reaches a local demographic.
