Goal and Objectives

Goal
The BAER Project, Inc.'s Business Attraction and Retention program seeks to help local Business Improvement Districts and other community planning organizations to improve the quality of life for the economically disadvantaged population we are targeting.


Objectives
We will achieve this by negotiating the leases of potential new commercial tenants for properties that have been vacant for extended periods or for properties that are not located in the most desirable districts. These areas do offer the demographics necessary to support the businesses but incentives are needed to make these areas a viable choice over other locations.
